By renting an Electro Bicycle from our service, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your access and use of our electric bicycle rental services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using our electric bicycle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The rider must be legally eligible to ride a bicycle and must provide a valid government-issued ID at the time of booking.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required before the rental begins and will be returned after inspection.

4. Bicycle Inspection

Riders must inspect brakes, tires, lights, battery, and overall condition before starting the ride.

5. Reporting Issues

Any mechanical or electrical issue must be reported immediately before or during use.

6. Usage Purpose

Electric bicycles are provided strictly for personal transportation and lawful activities only.

7. Prohibited Use

The bicycle must not be used for racing, stunts, off-roading, illegal activities, or reckless riding.

8. Rider Responsibility

The rider is fully responsible for the safety, control, and handling of the bicycle during the rental period.

9. Traffic Rules

Riders must follow all local traffic laws, signals, and road safety regulations.

10. Protective Gear

Use of safety equipment such as helmets is strongly recommended during the ride.

11. Damage Liability

Any damage caused due to negligence, misuse, or accident will be chargeable to the rider.

12. Repair Costs

Repair or replacement costs will be charged based on the company’s assessment policy.

13. Theft or Loss

In case of theft or loss of the bicycle, full responsibility and cost lies with the rider.

14. Rental Duration

The bicycle must be returned within the agreed rental time period.

15. Late Return

Late returns may result in additional charges as per the rental policy.

16. Return Condition

The bicycle must be returned in the same condition as provided, excluding normal wear and tear.

17. Non-Transferable

The rental agreement is non-transferable and the bicycle must not be shared or sub-rented.

18. Company Rights

The company reserves the right to cancel or terminate rentals in case of policy violation or safety risks.

19. Service Availability

Availability of bicycles is subject to operational conditions and demand.

20. Modifications

The company may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

21. Acceptance

By completing the booking process, you confirm your acceptance of all the above terms.
